In southeastern Morris County approximately 30 miles west of Manhattan, upper-middle-class Florham Park is bordered on the south by Madison and Chatham boroughs, to the north by Hanover and East Hanover townships, and to the west by Morris Township (the area surrounding and including Morristown). With a small-town feel and a great school system, Florham Park is home to 12,605 residents within its 7.6 miles. Florham Park’s property taxes have remained lower than many other area towns (although taxes have risen in recent years) due to the large number of office parks and other ratables in town.
